We know plans can change. To help us keep appointments running smoothly and respect the time reserved for each guest, please review our cancellation policy before booking.
CANCELLATIONS + APPOINTMENT CHANGES
Karve Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or make a change to your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full service amount.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
For your convenience, appointment reminders are sent by text and email.
We recommend double-checking your appointment date and time when you receive your reminder and contacting us as soon as possible if anything needs to be changed.
